The MindLeap™   Critical Thinking Technical Assistance Seminar to designated state and major urban area fusion centers provides fusion center analysts the ability to achieve and maintain Critical Operational Capability (COC) 2: Analyze. This seminar is designed to serve as a regional delivery, meaning analysts from fusion centers within the State or in neighboring States are encouraged to participate, based upon available space. Specifically, the service: focuses on critical thinking and has been designed specifically for intelligence analysts; provides intelligence analysts with a structured, disciplined approach to causal analyses; consists of evidence-based problem solving; educates participants on the critical thinking process.

Level of Knowledge:  Entry-level

Classification:  UNCLASSIFIED

Evaluation:  NA

Course Delivery:  In resident at designated fusion centers nationwide

Course Length:  2 days

Target Audience:  Fusion center and state and local law enforcement analysts

Prerequisites: 

     a. Assignment:  Student must be assigned to a fusion center or state and local law enforcement entity 

     b. Clearance:  None required

     c. Previous Training:  None required
